How to Request Account & Data Deletion

If you would like to delete your game account and associated personal data for any Nova X Joy mobile game, please follow the steps below:

  1. Open the game and find your UID in the settings.
  2. Send an email to help@novaxjoy.com with the subject line “Account Deletion Request”.
  3. In the email, include:
    • Your UID
    • The name of the game you are playing
    • Your country/region (optional, used only to confirm legal obligations)
  4. We will verify your request and delete your account and associated data within 7 business days, unless a longer period is required by applicable law.
  5. Once deletion is complete, we will send a confirmation email to you.

What Data Is Deleted?

When your deletion request is completed, we will delete or anonymize the following data associated with your account:
