• All purchases of Virtual Items are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.

• Virtual Items are licensed to you and remain the property of the Company.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use cheats, hacks, bots, mods, or unauthorized third-party software.
• Exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Service.
• Engage in fraudulent activity, including payment fraud or chargebacks.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
• Impersonate others or provide false information.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers.

6. Intellectual Property

4. 가상 아이템 및 인앱 결제

• 가상 아이템은 실제 금전적 가치가 없으며, 현금이나 실제 상품으로 교환할 수 없습니다.
• 가상 아이템 구매는 관련 법률에서 요구하는 경우를 제외하고 환불이 불가능합니다.
• 회사는 언제든지 가상 아이템을 수정, 관리 또는 삭제할 권리를 보유합니다.

5. 이용자 행동 규칙

다음 행위는 금지됩니다:

• 치트, 핵, 봇, 모드 또는 승인되지 않은 제3자 소프트웨어 사용
• 버그, 결함 또는 취약점 악용
• 결제 사기, 차지백 등 부정 행위
• 다른 이용자에 대한 괴롭힘, 위협 또는 욕설
• 타인을 사칭하거나 허위 정보 제공
• 서비스의 리버스 엔지니어링, 디컴파일 또는 분해
• 불법적이거나 허가되지 않은 목적으로 서비스 사용
• 서비스 또는 서버 방해

6. 지적 재산권

서비스 내 모든 콘텐츠(그래픽, 오디오, 코드, 텍스트 등)는 회사 또는 해당 권리 보유자의 재산입니다. 사전 서면 허가 없이 복사, 수정, 배포, 판매 또는 2차 저작물을 만들 수 없습니다.

7. 이용자 콘텐츠

귀하가 서비스에서 직접 만드는 콘텐츠(닉네임, 게임 내 피드백 등)는 서비스 운영에 필요한 범위 내에서 회사가 무료로 사용할 수 있습니다.
